Repeat Prescriptions blue_yellow_pills

Patients wishing to order repeat medication have a number of options available:

  • Hand your computerised repeat slip in to the prescription desk having marked the required items clearly.
  • Call the Prescription Line on 0141 632 1824, and select option 2.

When ordering via the voicemail service please make sure to leave your name, date of birth, name of medication and your telephone number.

Should you wish your prescription to be posted back to you, please provide a supply of stamped addressed envelopes at the time of ordering.

Collection Service

The practice operates a prescription collection service with all the local chemists. You can arrange this with the chemist of your choice and they will ensure that they uplift your prescription. You can then pick up your medication directly from them.

Repeat Prescriptions will be ready for collection within 2 working days.

Antibiotics

The Practice Policy is that antibiotics will not be prescribed without an appointment with the Doctor or Practice Nurse. No requests for antibiotics should be left on our 24 hour voicemail.

Medication Reviews

Patients on repeat medication may be asked to see a doctor, or practice nurse at least once a year to review these regular medications and notification should appear on your repeat slip.
